The Long Song is a story about war which does not look at war directly through its frontline, but scrutinizes it through a city and the close relationship between people's life and war during 0's. It’s the narration of bravery the old men and women showed, of people who did not bow even a centimeter when what they had fell on their heads. It’s the story of those families who embraced the war but never drew it in black. It’s the story of a city that was alive to resist not resisted to be alive. The Long Song decided to narrate pains which cannot be depicted at all. It depicts a mother who needs to be rescued by hearing the death of her son, correct or incorrect; it describes a father who breaks inside very second of life but never let himself to collapse. The Long Song is a praiseworthy story made to narrate a pain which is impossible to touch by any other manner than this.
