The natural of plot line of the present story is historical and mythological and modern story telling techniques are being utilized in the narrative structure of the story. Sustaining an archaic tone, the story acquires close similarities with Shahnameh. The author did his best in not utilizing Arabic terminologies. Generally, one can claim that the present story resembles Shahnameh verbally; however differs from its traditional structures by implementing modern story telling techniques.

The narrative structure of the story is heteroglossic and polyphonic. A series of unreliable first person narrators are utilized in conveying the plot line of the story, each of which represents its own unique perspective from the events. Remarking on his book, Mr. Iranmehr mentions: “The present book represents a number of common questions; for instance, we ask ourselves constantly where we are going or what we have done wrong that we have to face a number of excruciating consequences. In the present story, Fereydun is regarded as the representative of righteousness and light. Being a benevolent character, he always has this question in his mind that why his sons should face such dire challenges when they have done nothing wrong in their lives.” Taking about the genre of the book, Mr. Iranmehr believes: “From the very first moment of ideological coagulation of the plot line of the story, I see it as a novel, since a novel can only include the relations between human beings and universe comprehensively and give readers a sense of tautological progress.”
